Pixar Place Hotel will officially open its doors on January 30, 2024. This grand reveal marks the completion of the transformation of the beloved Disney's Paradise Pier Hotel.
The metamorphosis of the Paradise Pier Hotel into the Pixar Place Hotel has been a labour of love, with every detail carefully designed to immerse guests in the enchanting world of Pixar. The journey began back on August 1, 2023, when we made a big splash with the opening of the Pixel Pool, Crush's Surfin' Slide, and Nemo's Cove Splash Pad. The excitement has been building ever since.
As we prepare for the grand opening, let's take a nostalgic look back at the Disney's Paradise Pier Hotel. Known for its laid-back beach vibe, the Paradise Pier Hotel held a special place in our hearts. It was a slice of paradise that offered guests a unique seaside-themed experience. But as Walt Disney once said, "We keep moving forward, opening new doors, and doing new things because we're curious and curiosity keeps leading us down new paths."
And so, we embarked on a new adventure, transforming the Paradise Pier Hotel into the Pixar Place Hotel. The reimagined hotel will be a celebration of all things Pixar, featuring rooms and suites themed after beloved Pixar films, a water play area inspired by "Finding Nemo", and a flagship restaurant from Southern California local favorite Great Maple.
