Disneyland Resort's upcoming 70th Anniversary Celebration, set to start on May 16, 2025, and extend through the summer of 2026.
Disneyland Resort is pulling out all the stops to honor seven decades of magic, joy, and countless memories with a celebration. Expect limited-time entertainment, an array of vibrant decor, unique food and beverages, and exclusive merchandise that will make every visit feel like a special occasion.
Nighttime Spectaculars Return in Full GloryThe dazzling "Paint the Night" parade is making a much-anticipated return, lighting up Main Street, U.S.A., with over a million LED lights, showcasing characters from beloved Disney and Pixar stories. Meanwhile, "Wondrous Journeys" will once again transform Disneyland into a canvas of light and art, celebrating the legacy of Walt Disney Animation Studios with projections across iconic park locations, complemented by fireworks on select nights.
"World of Color Happiness!" at Disney California Adventure Park will debut, inspired by Walt Disney's original dedication speech. This show promises to take guests on an emotional journey through the lens of happiness, featuring characters from "Inside Out" and other Disney classics. Also, the "Better Together: A Pixar Pals Celebration!" parade will roll back into town, bringing the joy of Pixar to life.
Sleeping Beauty Castle will don an elegant medallion(Pictured at beginning of story), setting the tone for the celebration. Mickey, Minnie, and friends will sport new outfits just for the occasion, and a new character cavalcade, "Mickey and Friends Celebrate Happy!", will invite guests to join in the dance and celebration along the parade route.
